I know now what it felt like to call a call center.It's frustrating as hell.I am saying this because I never had the opportunity to call before and I am so used in calling someone and getting an answer right away.I would have never called if only PLDT DSl would fix their system so our connection won't messed up,but of course how would their call center earn money if no one would call in their problems.Sometimes I think there's this giant monitor in their office wherein it enables them to connect and disconnect internet connection on random.If that is true then yesterday is probably my day,they probably notice that I've been using the computer for the past few months with no problems and decided to give me one.Sigh.The guy who answered me told me to wait for their call as to what the problem is and how they will fix it,knowing how "fast" their service is I probably have to wait for two days for them to call me back and another few days for the repair man to paid us a visit,hope fully when he arrived I have the pleasure on saying straight to his face that he's too late, my connection is restored.

You should have called me or texted me. I could have helped. Most of the time PLDT doesn't know the answer as most ISPs don't too because they are more focused on using IPCONFIG in the command prompt. They really don't know much aside from that. Callcenters aren't bad! There are just support boundaries and too many clients calling in asking for help and because of the volume of calls that we (because I'm now part of it, not PLDT though)get, unfortunately, we couldn't be of assistance to everybody, but we do TRY.

i was thinking of calling you but change my mind because i thought you're probbaly busy.and thank you for explaining your side i didn't mean to attack the call center agent that way, i was just frustrated when i wrote that piece.

I wasn't really explaining my side. It wasn't my side..though I do know what you meant by that. I am an advanced technical support agent now and I'm always happy to help friends..at no cost..although I do charge my customers 45 dollars per problem hahahaha. Next time, just text me. Never ever think about how busy I am..I'll try to find a way and a time for friends.

Yes please do..oh and if you need me to tweak your xp - I mean to make it a lot faster by not having to upgrade your RAM..then I could also do that for you. I'm online right now. I hope you are too.
