My trainer asked me the other day, "What motivates you to work hard?". I answered, " To be able to stand on my own feet", which I gotta tell you a bunch of crap. What's motivating me to work hard right now is to prove to this someone that I deserve the job I have, that I didn't get in because of someone else influence like the way he put it.
